The Role

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our growing team.
You will act as the key point of expertise for a diverse portfolio of clients, safeguarding accuracy, compliance, and excellence across all payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, review, and validate payroll processes for clients across multiple industries
• Provide day-to-day advisory support on labor law, taxation, and compliance matters
• Liaise with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE)
• Monitor legislative updates and proactively inform clients of implications
• Mentor and support junior members of the payroll team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Epsilon Net, SoftOne)
• Strong written and verbal command of English
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client demands with professionalism
