Responsibilities:
Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM, ensuring the product experience aligns with local user behavior and payment habits.
Identify user pain points and business opportunities through direct engagement with local users, merchants, and regional teams, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to ensure our payment products maintain strong competitiveness in LATAM markets.
Design and iterate product solutions including user flows, wireframes, and product requirements, with clear user stories and functional specifications.
Work across the full product development lifecycle, including product design, UI/UX review, development coordination, test case validation, production launch, and post-launch optimization.
Analyze product performance using data-driven approaches, build and maintain product performance dashboards, and continuously improve key metrics such as conversion, transaction success rate, and user engagement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable payment products and ensure smooth operational processes.
Ensure the product design considers risk management, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency within the payment ecosystem.
Understand and optimize key payment processes including transaction flow, reconciliation, settlement, and merchant integrations.
Act as a bridge between LATAM markets and global product teams, ensuring local insights and requirements are effectively translated into product roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or transaction-based platforms.
Strong understanding of e-payment systems, payment infrastructure, and transaction product design.
Familiarity with payment reconciliation, settlement flows, and operational processes.
Solid product design skills, including wireframing, user flow design, and clear product requirement documentation.
Strong data analysis capability, with the ability to drive product optimization through metrics and performance tracking.
Good understanding of risk control and compliance considerations in payment products.
Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical implementation constraints.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, with strong ownership and execution mindset.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate development, operations, and business stakeholders.
Bilingual English and Spanish/Portuguese are required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
