Your mission
As a Senior Partnerships Marketing Specialist at Frontify, your mission is to drive growth and brand impact through strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how Frontify shows up alongside key ecosystem partners (both from the creative agency space as well as the SaaS world). You’ll ensure joint initiatives meaningfully contribute to awareness, consideration pipeline generation and long-term brand equity, particularly in our core growth markets with a focus in the US.
Operating at both a strategic and educational level, you’ll define how Frontify activates partnerships across campaigns, content and integrated programmes and personally drive those initiatives from concept through to launch. You’ll ensure partnerships are not isolated or purely tactical efforts, but structured, high-impact growth levers that reinforce our positioning, category leadership, and commercial objectives.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months.
Your responsibilities
- You’ll support Frontify’s partnership marketing efforts, ensuring partner initiatives clearly ladder into the overall brand strategy.
- You’ll help shape partner activations so they reinforce Frontify’s brand story, positioning, and visual identity.
- You’ll collaborate with the Partnerships team on co-marketing initiatives, events, and content where brand impact is a priority.
- You’ll help uphold and scale strong brand standards across all partner touchpoints.
- You’ll contribute to define, track, and interpret top-of-funnel brand metrics, including awareness, consideration, engagement, and brand lift.
- You’ll define and track partner-influenced pipelines, assessing how co-marketing and partnerships drive opportunities.
- You’ll use insights from brand campaigns and partnership initiatives to inform future strategy and prioritization.
Your story
You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
You have 8+ years of experience driving partnership marketing or co-marketing programs in a SaaS business, ideally with exposure to partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
You have hands-on experience building and activating strategic partnerships that drive both brand impact and pipeline growth.
You have a strong background working closely with creative agencies.
You bring a strong understanding of DAM systems and the business needs behind them.
You combine strategic thinking with exceptional taste, judgment, and attention to creative quality.
You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of brand and growth, including B2B or B2B2C contexts.
You collaborate effectively across teams and build alignment through influence, earning trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
You’re a fluent English speaker who thrives in an international environment.
