Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.  Your mission Frontify is looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Co-Marketing Manager to elevate how our brand comes to life through strategic alliances. In this role, you’ll own the brand and awareness dimension of our agency partner ecosystem—ensuring joint initiatives with agencies and SaaS partners strengthen Frontify’s market presence, category authority, and pipeline impact. With a strong focus on the US and other priority growth markets, you’ll design and deliver integrated partner-led programs across campaigns, content, and events. You’ll operate end-to-end: setting direction, shaping narratives, and personally driving execution to ensure partnerships become scalable, repeatable growth levers rather than one-off activations. This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your responsibilities
  • Own the brand strategy and activation framework for Frontify’s agency partners.
  • Translate overarching brand positioning into high-quality partner-facing campaigns and experiences.
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Brand, Field Marketing, and Growth teams to deliver integrated co-marketing programs.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all partner touchpoints.
  • Define success metrics for partner-led brand initiatives, including awareness, engagement, and consideration.
  • Measure and analyse partner-influenced pipeline and contribution to commercial outcomes.
  • Use performance insights to refine partner prioritisation and future partner ecosystem strategy.
  • Your story
  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or brand-led growth roles within SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and activate strategic partnerships that drive both brand equity and demand.
  • Deep experience collaborating with creative agencies and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and their role in modern organisations.
  • A sharp eye for brand, storytelling, and creative quality, paired with commercial acumen.
  • Comfort operating across brand and growth disciplines in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and experience working in international, distributed teams.
