We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to build and grow strong relationships with key mobile OEM partners in China. This role plays a critical part in driving commercial growth, managing strategic partnerships, and acting as a bridge between our partners and internal global teams.

As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners in China
- Support strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives to drive business growth
- Support and participate in negotiation processes, including commercial agreements and escalations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Legal, and Commercial) to ensure successful partnership outcomes
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges
- Represent Trustonic at industry events, partner meetings, and engagements in China
- Ensure clear, consistent communication on status, next steps, and required actions across all stakeholders

Experience we’re looking for
- Experience in partnership management, business development, or account management — ideally within the mobile or technology sector
- Proven track record managing relationships with large mobile OEMs or technology partners
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing escalations
- Familiarity with the Chinese technology ecosystem and business culture
- Ability to work effectively between commercial and technical teams
Knowledge
- Understanding of device security, mobile technology, and the mobile OEM landscape
- Awareness of industry trends and the regulatory environment in China
- Knowledge of partnership frameworks and negotiation best practices
Languages
- Fluent Mandarin and English (essential)
