What this job can offer you

As our Senior Partnerships Manager - Investment Ecosystems, you will be responsible for building a core component of a Remote‘s go-to-market partnerships team, and maintain responsibility for the performance and growth of a high value set of hundreds of partners.

What you bring

  • Experience in growth / partnerships / business development in the VC, PE, HR, fintech, or software/technology industry, and proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy;
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and partner cross-functionally to get new programming off the ground;
  • Strong leadership, intellectual curiosity, analytical, sales and partnering skills;
  • Proven ability to manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, generate pipeline and execute on co-marketing initiatives;
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations;
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing;
  • Prior experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, negotiate, develop and manage Remote’s key partnerships across the VC, PE, banking, and accelerator ecosystem globally.
  • Define and execute a strategy to unlock and optimize benefits and economics for both partners and Remote
  • Act as the management sponsor for key partners within your Channel, from prospecting and acquisition through to partner management and growth.
  • Maintain deep foundational knowledge of Remote’s products and services so you can identify key market opportunities for partners
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including sales, legal, finance, product) to develop optimal partnership strategies, agreements and execution plans Partner with marketing to develop campaigns to drive awareness and conversion of potential partners
  • Build a vibrant Remote partner community in which best practices, knowledge and celebration of partners are shared amongst community members
  • Travel periodically to engage in-person with key partners, participate in events, and support your team

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $80,000 - $225,000. The base salary is 75%. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
