We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on partner marketing leader to help scale our growing partner ecosystem — from technology integrations and agencies to marketplaces and regional programs. As our Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build and lead go-to-market programs that drive real pipeline growth and revenue through collaboration with our partners.
You’ll work closely with our VP of Demand Generation, VP of Global Partnerships, and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product to design scalable programs that bring Customer.io’s partner vision to life. This is an opportunity to shape how we grow with — and through — our partners, and eventually build a high-performing partner marketing team from the ground up.

We believe in transparency. The salary range for this role is $138,000–$156,000 (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and demonstrated performance throughout our hiring process, and subject to market rate adjustments.
