What The Role Involves?
You will own Sprinto’s SMB partner motion across the US and Europe, building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute GTM plays, equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need, and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding- Identify, qualify and recruit new SMB–focused partners (consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, channel partners) across US and Europe every quarter. Drive seamless onboarding: coordinate legal, enablement training, co-marketing kick-off.
Partner Enablement & Co-Selling- Develop and deliver enablement content (offerings and joint value proposition decks, joint business plans).Co-lead sales engagements with the Sales teams; attend partner customer calls.
Partner Success & Growth- Drive and monitor partner health: pipeline, deal registration, deal velocity and win rates. Execute quarterly business reviews to align on goals and co-sell strategies.
GTM Strategy & Operations- Own Sprinto’s readiness across multiple AWS partner programs, and ensure MPPO and ACE hygiene. Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product) to build joint campaigns and programs.

Drive mutual success plans with the partners, through co-sell, co-marketing, and other initiativesTracking and reporting on partner KPIs

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
Overall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stage
Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries
Strong sales acumen: hands-on with partner-led selling motions and AWS/Hyperscaler partnerships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settings
Self-starter with strong project, and stakeholder management skills
