Senior Pack Modeling Scientist
Responsibilities
Responsible for the collection, processing and analysis of battery pack data and the design, development, verification and delivery of battery cloud platform algorithm
Cooperate with the team to develop the cell algorithm, and be responsible for the migration from the cell algorithm to the battery pack algorithm
Cooperate with the team to design the battery pack according to the model requirements, including the number of sensors and deployment location, etc
Participated in the design of BMS, responsible for the overall framework design of battery algorithm deployment, and realized distributed algorithm deployment
Designed and supervised battery pack testing, realized algorithm development and verification with limited resources
Qualifications
More than five years of battery related work experience, familiar with battery pack design, testing and data
Familiar with various battery related models/algorithms
Experience in battery management system (BMS) algorithm development (SOC, SOH, SOP, SOE, fault detection, etc.)
Have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are preferred
