Senior Outbound Sales Manager

As a Senior Outbound Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Outbound Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Your role is crucial in shaping our outbound sales strategies, mentoring your team, and overachieving on revenue goals. We're looking for a leader who is not only goal-oriented but also brings a creative and entrepreneurial spirit to our rapidly growing environment.

What your day could consist of:

  • Lead and develop a team of AEs and BDRs, fostering a culture of hard work, success and team collaboration.
  • Implement and refine outbound sales strategies to enhance pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Work closely with the team on strategic account targeting, prospect engagement, and opportunity management within our ICP.
  • Ensure the team effectively employs the Sandler methodology and other sales techniques.
  • Monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outbound sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and solution-oriented approaches within the team.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

What we're looking for:

  • Bonus: Martech experience 
  • Bonus: Been involved in building an outbound program from scratch   
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, in a SaaS environment.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience leading sales teams and overachieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial space (deal size $20,000 - $150,000)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly coachable with a passion for learning and professional growth.
  • Comfortable working in a unstructured environment
