Shape Enterprise-Grade Oracle Cloud Integrations

Are you a genuine expert in Oracle Integration Cloud who loves solving complex challenges and building beautifully engineered integrations?

We’re looking for a Senior OIC Technical Consultant who wants more than just a delivery role — someone who wants influence, ownership, and the chance to shape how enterprise organisations connect and automate their Oracle Cloud landscapes.

In this role, your deep expertise in OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Visual Builder won’t just be appreciated — it will be central to our success. You’ll be the hands-on technical authority, designing performant integrations, guiding best practice, and mentoring future Oracle talent. You’ll collaborate closely with senior technical leaders and work across ERP, HCM, and SCM domains to deliver secure, scalable, high-impact integration solutions.

If you’re someone who thrives on real responsibility, loves root-cause problem solving, and wants a platform where your engineering decisions matter — this is where you’ll excel.

You’ll join a culture where:

✨ Expertise is respected
✨ Technical voices are heard
✨ Continuous learning is encouraged
✨ Innovation is rewarded

This isn’t a box-ticking support role — it’s a chance to drive integration strategy, shape architecture, and work on meaningful Oracle Cloud programmes with real business value.

What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Own the design and build of OIC integrations end-to-end
  • Develop REST/SOAP integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems
  • Apply strong monitoring, error-handling, retry, and orchestration best practices
  • Utilise Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) as core tools for integration, reporting, and UI extension
  • Engage directly with stakeholders on interface contracts, data mapping, and solution design
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution
  • Produce technical design documents and deployment artifacts
  • Support CI/CD processes for integration promotion (where applicable)
  • Mentor junior developers and maintain coding standards
  • Optimise performance for long-running integrations and high-volume payloads

Essential Skills & Experience

You must have:

  • Deep hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience – essential
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) – essential
  • Experience with OTBI data extraction – essential
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) – essential
  • Extensive experience with Oracle integration technologies
  • Strong experience with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SQL, XSLT/XPath
  • Understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM API interaction and data models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Desirable & Beneficial Skills

Not required — but a strong advantage:

  • Oracle Process Automation (OPA)
  • OCI Services (Object Storage, Autonomous DB, Stream Pools, API Gateway, Functions)
  • Experience integrating with Azure, Salesforce, SAP, Workday
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience (Oracle DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub)
  • Oracle certifications

What You’ll Gain

You will:

  • Work on major cloud integration programmes with high-profile customers
  • Influence integration architecture and best practice
  • A culture that values engineering excellence and personal development
  • Access to training, certifications, and Oracle Cloud advancement
  • Real ownership and visibility of your technical impact
  • Collaboration with industry-leading Oracle technologists

This role is for you if you want to:

✔ Be the go-to technical expert for OIC
✔ Work with core Oracle Cloud integration tools (OIC, BIP, OTBI, VBCS)
✔ Lead — not just deliver
✔ Solve complex integration challenges
✔ Continuously grow and advance your Oracle expertise
