What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading US payroll-focused design workshops and discovery sessions
• Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
• Partnering with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges
• Supporting pre-sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input
• Developing OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision-making
• Acting as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

You will have:

• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
• Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows
• Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
• OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations
