The Role

As a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategy, best practice, and solution direction
  • Own and quality-assure functional configuration, documentation, and key deliverables
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the Oracle practice
  • Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, including:
    • Delivering compelling, high-impact demonstrations
    • Shaping solution designs, scope, and proposals
    • Providing authoritative insight into Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps
  • Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
  • Work closely with technical, integration, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience

You will have:

  • Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, ideally across multiple end-to-end implementations
  • Deep functional and configuration expertise, including:
    • Fast Formula
    • Element design
    • Payroll process flows
    • Calculation cards
  • Strong workshop facilitation and solution documentation skills
  • Confidence operating in pre-sales and client-facing environments
  • OTBI reporting and/or SQL capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Experience

You may also bring:

  • Experience across related HCM modules, such as:
    • Absence Management
    • Benefits
    • Compensation Workbench
  • Experience defining standards, accelerators, or methodologies within an Oracle Cloud practice
