Senior Operations Quality Control Specialist

Role Overview The Sr. Quality Control Specialist will play a key role in analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks, abnormal trends, and process gaps. This role will support the wider team in designing corrective actions by providing insights and actionable reports. The specialist will also perform hub visits to ensure SOP compliance, focusing on smaller-scale KPIs that feed into the bigger operational picture. Key Responsibilities

Dive deep into operational data to identify outliers, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.

Prepare findings and share insights with the Quality team for corrective action planning.

Monitor and manage smaller-scale KPIs, ensuring they contribute to overall quality objectives.

Support in tracking performance trends and highlighting risks.

Conduct site visits to hubs to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Document and escalate non-conformities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3 years of experience in quality, operations, or data analysis (internship or junior role experience acceptable).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Willingness to travel occasionally for hub visits.
