The Senior Operations Manager is a highly experienced leader responsible for global planning and demand strategy, and continuous improvement across a global, fabless manufacturing semiconductor supply chain. This role partners closely with executive leadership, finance, engineering, and external suppliers to ensure scalable, predictable, and cost-effective supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and S&OP Leadership
- Lead and own global S&OP execution across multiple manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and financial targets
- Translate business objectives into actionable supply strategies, balancing cost, risk, and service levels
- Proactively identify supply constraints, risks, and trade-offs, and present mitigation plans to senior leadership
Supplier Partnership Management
- Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure execution against lead time, throughput, quality, and on-time delivery commitments
- Drive accountability with external partners while fostering long-term trust, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Influence supplier roadmaps and operational behaviors to support business growth and technology transitions
Execution Governance and Financial Alignment
- Own the integrity and accuracy of inventory transactions and related cost variances
- Partner closely with finance to analyze supply scenarios, cost impacts, and forecast variances
- Lead advanced supply analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evolve planning processes, standards, and controls to scale the organization
- Drive data quality, system discipline, and operational rigor across ERP and planning tools
Purchasing Support
- Oversee low volume, high-complexity purchasing activities in support of production and engineering needs
- Develop and execute targeted purchasing strategies, including limited supplier negotiations and cost optimization efforts
- Ensure compliance with procurement controls, including three-way match and audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Accounting required. Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or manufacturing operations, preferably within a fabless semiconductor or advanced electronics environment
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional supply chain initiatives without direct authority
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners through data, judgment, and credibility
- Deep experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes
- Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience building executive level insights using visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect supply chain decisions to cost, margin, and business outcomes
- Must be open to travel as needed

The salary range for this role is $150,000.00-$180,000.00. The final compensation will depend on your experience, skill set, and how well you're able to highlight your background throughout the interview process.
