Ops Engineer role will be responsible for all aspects of engineering for applications supported by Vonage, which includes: deploying, configuring, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues. Further responsibilities include (but not limited to) evaluating application configurations, application design and involvement in project-oriented tasks. Additionally, they must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The engineer will be working in a very dynamic environment with fast-paced turnaround times, including 24/7 rotational on-call support and involving interactions with other team members, product managers, QA and Dev resources in an agile environment.
