As an Operations Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits on our hubs, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position requires regular travel, typically 1 or 2 days per week, to conduct on-site audits at various company hubs.   Job Code : 2026OPER-111 Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive audits on company hubs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Analyze data and audit findings to develop actionable recommendations for process enhancement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.

Conduct on-ground audit visits to hubs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.

Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate complex cases 

Familiarity with logistics and inventory management processes

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
