Own the operational lifecycle and manage the flow of goods across Asian markets, driving account planning and execution in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Overview
Our client is seeking a high-output Business Ops professional to own the end-to-end operational lifecycle and manage the flow of goods across Asian markets, partnering closely with Logistics, Procurement, and Finance. You will join a high-caliber team in a fast-paced start-up environment, driving strong account planning and execution to win with retail partners.
What You Will Do
Ensure products move smoothly across Asian markets, from international freight to 3PL coordination and last-mile delivery, so availability stays uninterrupted despite regional complexity.
Build the workflows the team will run on. You will translate new brand launches and market entries into clear, documented playbooks that are repeatable and efficient.
Keep procurement and inventory in balance by partnering with Brand Principals and using sales velocity plus lead-time insights to steer "Open-to-Buy" decisions, supporting growth while protecting cash flow discipline.
Own the operational tech stack as a process leader, shaping automation and system changes around our operating logic rather than letting rigid tools dictate how the business runs.
Enable regional scale by managing the practical requirements that come with expansion, including customs compliance, localized labeling, and cross-market financial reconciliation.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree with 2-6 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Management Consulting, or a high-growth FMCG or e-commerce environment.
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Index/Match) with a systems-thinking mindset.
Professional fluency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and can work independently to hit targets.
Candidates with deeper experience may be considered for a Manager role.
