We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who brings strong clinical expertise and a passion for supporting a growing team.

About the role

In this Senior role you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload, including complex clients
  • Oversee complex assessments (AT, home mods, SIL, FCA)
  • Lead complex cases to ensure strong clinical outcomes
  • Support clients to achieve meaningful long-term home and living goals
  • Collaborate with in Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and PBS colleagues
  • Provide supervision and mentoring for early career OTs
  • Contribute your expertise to broader team and organisational projects
  • Support quality practice and continuous improvement

You’ll also contribute to Hearth’s Home and Living Solutions, an innovative program redefining housing options in the disability sector so people can live the life they want at home.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy + current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in the disability/community settings (preferred)
  • Experience with adult clients with physical disabilities (eg, CP, MD, Stroke, ABI, MS, MND, Parkinson’s)
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and home and living solutions
  • Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and education
  • Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current driving licence & reliable vehicle
