Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or 8 years of relevant practical experience)
Clearance:
Current TS and ability to obtain SCI with a CI polygraph
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching, and network architecture planning
Must have knowledge of remote administration and secure Virtual Private Networking
Must understand commercial encryption standards and their application in IP networking
Must have knowledge of VPN technologies, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IP Multicasting
Must have strong cybersecurity hardening experience in a federal setting
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as within small and large groups
Knowledge of TACLANE a strong plua
Preferred Qualifications:
An ability to navigate and configure Linux operating system
An understanding of wired data transport mediums to include Category 5e/6 and fiber optics
Experience with Cisco equipment and the implementation of STIGS, ACL's, VPN's, OSPF, VRF, Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls, WLC's, Wireless AP's
Experience with TACLANES, Cisco ISE, DNA Center, RSA SecurID
Cloud experience with AWS
Certifications: CCIE and MCSE
