Role Overview:
As part of tactical projects and Level 3 support requests, you will work as a Technical Analyst on the NetSuite ERP platform. Operating within a squad and following the agile delivery model, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and production support of the NetSuite product. This role involves working in a hybrid environment (in-person and remote), applying DevOps practices and Lean IT principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop features based on team-approved designs and IT guidelines (including EA rules for security and integration).
- Actively participate in technical design creation in collaboration with solution consultants.
- Provide Level 3 support for anomalies or performance issues in production.
- Estimate workload, track progress, and ensure adherence to delivery quality KPIs.
- Perform technical design and development of requested features, including unit tests, following team practices and MGSR standards.
- Automate non-regression tests and execute functional tests when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in test strategy definition and training for Level 2 IS and Business support.
- Engage in Merge Requests and code reviews.
- Monitor technologies used on the platform and ensure proper version deployments across environments, guaranteeing service quality and production stability.
- Collaborate with Level 3 support for related applications (Salesforce, Stripe, Celigo).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in technical design and feature development within NetSuite ERP.
- Proficiency in unit testing and test automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Lean IT principles.
- Ability to work in agile squads and participate in ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
- Solid understanding of deployment processes and production release management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
