About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, strong technical analysis skills, and team management abilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering secure, high-quality software solutions, while mentoring and leading team members. This role requires a proactive, analytical mindset to assess technical challenges, define strategies, and implement innovative solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.       Conduct technical analysis to break down complex problems and implement high-performance solutions.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional team, driving continuous improvement in software design, techniques, and processes.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
• Present and articulate technical solutions clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery and quality standards are upheld within the specialist technical development team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, with experience handling complex technical challenges.
• Ability to lead and manage developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET.
• Proficiency in microservices design patterns and architectures.
• Experience in CI/CD setup and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps environments.
• Experience with migrating services, developing new features, and product innovation.
• Desirable skills: Azure API Management, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Functions.
