Senior .NET Developer (Macedonia)

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team and help us build high-quality, impactful software solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape key architectural decisions, and solve complex challenges in an agile environment. If you bring strong problem-solving skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, high-performance applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and contribute to overall system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve architecture and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with .NET / C#.
• Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API frameworks.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ for building data-driven applications.
• Good knowledge of Azure platforms and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in an agile team environment.
