Senior .Net Backend Developer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer to join our UniQue team.

• Develop and maintain back-end applications using Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and Power Apps.
• Integrate corporate reusable solutions with Microsoft Dynamics and implement core business logic and workflows.
• Design, create, and optimize servers, databases, and data storage solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure application security and data protection in line with best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and scalable software components.
• Take the lead on development projects when needed and maintain code quality and organization.
• Write clean, functional, and maintainable code, while testing and resolving bugs or other technical issues.
• Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business analysts, end users, project leaders, and fellow developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical working groups, user meetings, and progress reviews.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelors Degree with minimum 13 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 9 years experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including Dynamics CRM and PowerApps.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET programming (.NET Framework or .NET Core).
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and solid knowledge of relational database design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and integration of information systems.
• Familiarity with interoperability technologies such as SOA, web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, and event-driven architecture.
• Ability to coordinate technical architecture implementation and act as a liaison between project leaders and developers.
• Experience producing software architecture documentation and writing clear, structured technical documents.
• Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle and modern development tools and practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Awareness of software development methodologies, including Agile.
• An excellent level of written and spoken English is required (minimum C1).
