The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Mortgages Transformation Lead to join our Banking & Payments team. You’ll work with Tier 1 banks, building societies, and specialist lenders to shape and deliver high-impact mortgage strategies and transformation programmes. Acting as both subject matter expert and product owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences, streamlining operations, and enabling commercial growth through innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale mortgage transformation initiatives as SME or Product Lead

  • Design strategic roadmaps focused on efficiency, customer outcomes, and business value

  • Develop compelling business cases and target operating models for mortgage propositions

  • Provide business oversight and subject matter expertise across change programmes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, forward-thinking solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in financial services with a deep focus on mortgages and secured lending

  • Proven ability to lead transformation across strategy, design, mobilisation, and delivery

  • Strong consulting or industry background with hands-on exposure to the mortgage lifecycle

  • Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders and resolving complex design and delivery issues

  • Expertise in digital lending platforms, fintech innovation, and API-based solutions
