Job Description: 

  • Design and develop end-to-end (E2E) Transport solutions for enterprise customers, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). 
  • Conduct capacity and quality configuration audits for all transport devices within the network (Mobile Network, Routers, Switches). 
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure optimal network performance, proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential issues. 


Required Qualifications: 

 

  • BSc degree in Engineering, preferably in a field relevant to Mobile Telecommunications. 
  • In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G E2E Transport Architecture. 
  • Expertise in mobile network (MW) planning and optimization, with proven experience using planning tools (e.g., Ellipse). 
  • Strong proficiency in E2E path quality and capacity KPIs, including detailed formulas. 
  • Solid understanding of E2E network QoS assurance methodologies. 
  • Hands-on experience with Huawei NCE and Nokia NSP/NFM-P. 
  • Hands-on experience with Huawei RAN iMaster OSS. 
  • Proficient in GIS tools and data visualization techniques. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational network environments, identify potential risks/issues, and propose solutions from both technical and operational perspectives. 
  • Familiarity with customer experience tools, probes, and benchmarking techniques. 
  • Good understanding of network hardware (routers, switches) and TCP/IP protocols. 
  • Knowledge of E2E IP transport network time synchronization (Frequency & Phase Sync, PTP, NTP). 
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements and spectrum allocation processes. 
  • Familiarity with optical network implementation. 
  • Understanding of industry standards (ITU, IETF, IEEE, 3GPP, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of network investment strategies. 
  • Practical experience with time-series data analysis and anomaly detection (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib). 
  • Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken). 

 

Nice to have: 

 

  • Knowledge of Radio and Core Networks. 
  • Professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei) are a plus.
