Senior ML Engineer (AI Product)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Computer Vision and/or Natural Language Processing, Time Series Analysis & Forecasting, and MLOps & Model Deployment.
• Hands-on experience with data processing pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks.
• Understanding of data privacy, security regulations, and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex ML concepts into business-friendly insights.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with AI trends and emerging technologies.

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding of enterprise architecture and large-scale AI solution design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead AI discovery workshops with enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for ML applications.
• Design and architect scalable ML solutions that align with business objectives.
• Evaluate technical environments and assess data readiness for AI adoption.
• Develop proof of concepts and prototypes for AI/ML models.
• Build, optimize, and deploy ML models using best practices in MLOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI integration into enterprise workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance in client-facing situations.
