We’re looking for a Senior Meta Ads Creative Strategist – DTC Focus to join a fast-moving, performance-driven team. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to develop creative that drives measurable results, especially on Meta platforms.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire creative pipeline—from ideation to execution. You’ll be responsible for writing ad scripts, developing briefs, managing a structured testing calendar, analyzing performance, and scaling winning content. You'll collaborate closely with editors, creators, and the growth team to launch new ad concepts every week.
You’ll also be expected to appear in UGC-style ads from time to time, so being comfortable on camera is a must.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just following what works—but someone who’s actively testing, learning, and setting new creative benchmarks.
