Senior Merchant Operations Executive

Demonstrate a strong understanding of merchant requirements and ensure quality through effective validation checks
Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective actions
Proactively identify and resolve issues, collaborating with relevant teams and ensuring end-to-end resolution
Adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, and business needs while maintaining efficiency
Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of SOPs and workflows
2-3 years of experience in operations or merchant support, e-commerce, or fintech experience is a plus
Strong understanding of operational KPIs with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
High attention to detail. Solid grasp of SOPs and internal system capabilities, with the ability to identify gaps and contribute to process improvements
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Able to recommend solutions to meet commercial asks based on system capabilities.
Effective communicator with stakeholder management and escalation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic dashboards) and SQL
Adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Strong interest in and use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance workflows and drive operational efficiency
