Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for a passionate, data-driven Senior Merchandising Operations Analyst to join our Catalog Operations Team based in Plantation, FL. Catalog Ops sits within the larger Merchandising Operations group which is responsible for creating the systems, services, and process infrastructure for all Chewy businesses. The team’s mission is to be the backbone for Chewy’s Business/Category teams, helping win long-term customer trust, business growth, and profitability. We own Catalog, Content, and Vendor Systems & Services that have automation, product, program, and operational components.
The ideal candidate will provide a good mix of information systems and merchandising business process knowledge including data analysis, functional knowledge of catalog and/or ERP systems, and technical knowledge of underlying system data structures and processes. The ideal candidate is innovative, diligent, driven and demonstrates a high degree of ownership in all they do. They are curious and capable of deep-diving complex situations and driving multi-functional process improvements. These skills will be applied to item-level data across the Chewy catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness, ultimately influencing the customer experience. Does this sound like you?
