Senior Media Planner

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive, Media Planning to drive client success and revenue growth. You'll deliver media strategies tailored to client goals, foster satisfaction, and identify innovative growth opportunities. You'll collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance, provide data-driven insights, and manage end-to-end deliverables. What You'll Do

  • Developing & Executing Media Plans: Crafting strategic media plans that align with campaign objectives across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, XHS and other relevant channels.
  • Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development
  • Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative, Influencer Marketing and Publisher Growth teams to drive campaign performance and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.

Who You Are

  • Ideally up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Agency as Media Planner / Account Manager OR a fresh graduate with a degree in business or a related field. 
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Tiktok Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, Looker Studio etc will be an added advantage
  • Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients will be added advantage
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask
  • Excellent organizational, project management, written and verbal presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
