Senior Media Manager

TLDR

Drive impactful digital media campaigns by managing paid buys across various platforms, leveraging data insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at leveraging data insights to drive successful campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all paid digital media buys including for social, programmatic, paid search, LinkedIn, TikTok and  Amazon Ads among others.
  • Support the Paid Digital team by providing data analysis and reporting insights
  • Produce analytical reports that provide the client with insight on efficiency of campaigns
  • Pull and analyze competitive information and research
  • Research user data and audience metrics via research tools
  • Analyze and work with team to optimize media mix across all channels based on performance data
  • Monitor & analyze paid social/display data, via daily, weekly, monthly reports, or on an ad hoc basis to achieve maximum ROI in paid social campaigns
  • Work with the Digital team on crafting digital media recommendations, research, campaign implementation and reporting / analysis.
  • Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing ads across various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital advertising best practices and strategies.
  • Proven track record as a Meta or Google performance media buyer, with demonstrable success in driving results through these channels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and ecommerce principles, particularly in executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency implementing tracking technologies like pixels, data layers, and GTM.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Basecamp, Trello, communication platforms like Slack, and the Google Suite, including Sheets for creating and analyzing data.
