Reporting directly to the VP - Application Engineering and customer success, you will be responsible for the architecture and design of the customized equipment and machines created on Vention’s platform. Working with Robotics Sales Managers and Application Engineers, you will determine the optimal technical solution by participating in the discovery and design phase of the pre-sales projects. You will coach and support application engineers and review their design work. Your domain expertise in hardware, automation and robotics will elevate the growing team’s technical knowledge and enable you to identify training opportunities for them.
You will be responsible for the presale scope validation process to ensure that our clients are set-up for success with their applications project in close conjunction with Project Managers. Working with the product and Product Line Management departments, you will develop assets to accelerate the decision process and minimize the risks of the projects
In your role, you will maintain strong relationships with Sales, Product Line Management and MachineLogic Product teams to provide feedback from the field to help prioritize the Roadmap and contribute to the Go To Market strategy.
You will be involved in the promotion of Vention’s offering by taking an active part in opportunity discovery and design review phases as well as participate and create material for trade shows, webinars and other marketing activities.
