  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
  • Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline targets

The ideal candidate in a few words

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent by experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in precision engineering or special machinery
  • Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks & Inventor)
  • You have proven experience in working with high precision and fine mechanical tolerances, including the use of micrometers,  this expertise is essential to succeed in this senior role
  • Broad technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques
  • Hands-on mindset, eager to be involved in both design and practical implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge motionsystems
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Willing to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
