职责描述： 

1.材料合成路线设计，根据已有的实验室材料合成路线拓展适合工业生产的合成路线

2.材料合成路线设计，从头自主开发适合工业生产的合成路线，

3.参与项目计划制定及项目讨论，经实验室小试，中试，最后到工业化量产。

任职资格：

1.有机化学、合成化学或相关领域的博士学位，并在该领域有丰富的经验

2.精通化学反应机制、反应优化和控制的基础知识，并熟悉常规化学分析和精密化学分离技术

3.工作认真负责，积极主动，严谨及高效，具有团队合作精神 4.有化工项目落地及工厂建设经验尤佳

Responsibilities

1. Material synthesis route design, according to the existing laboratory material synthesis route to expand the synthesis route suitable for industrial production
2. Design of material synthesis route, independently develop synthesis route suitable for industrial production from scratch.
3. Participate in project planning and project discussion, through laboratory trial, pilot test, and finally to industrial mass production.

Qualifications:

1. A PhD in organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry or a related field with extensive experience in the field
2. Proficient in the basic knowledge of chemical reaction mechanism, reaction optimization and control, and familiar with conventional chemical analysis and precision chemical separation technology
3. Serious and responsible, proactive, rigorous and efficient, with team spirit 4. Chemical project landing and plant construction experience is a plus
