The Role:
As a Senior Marketing Strategist, Revenue Marketing, you’ll design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue impact. You’ll optimize the buyer journey, align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a data-driven, results-oriented environment. Your success will be measured by pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and conversion improvements across the funnel.
While this position is remote, we have a preference for East Coast–based candidates to ensure optimal alignment with cross‑functional partners and team workflows.
How you’ll contribute:

How you’ll do it:

Revenue Marketing Program Development: Build and execute demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing programs that create measurable pipeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals.

Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, paid media) with a focus on conversion and ROI.

Data & Analytics: Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on pipeline contribution.

Content Strategy: Develop messaging and content that resonates with target personas and accelerates deal progression.

Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.

Story Telling: Develop compelling narratives, backed by data, to gain alignment and buy-in from executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and industry shifts to ensure our strategy remains ahead of the curve.

Analyst & Influencer Relations: Engage with industry analysts and key influencers to shape market perception, gather insights, and strengthen Bottomline's position in the market.

7+ years in B2B marketing with a strong focus on revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, funnel metrics, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs and actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker, data-driven decision maker, excellent communicator, and collaborative team player.
