The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support Foodics brand position in Kuwait.

What Will You Do❓

  • Plan and execute marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Own our monthly social media calendar: Developing monthly social media creative content and managing all the social media channels.
  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, product demos, etc.).
  • Brief external agencies/suppliers and follow up on campaigns/projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and support campaign optimization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze brand awareness and monitor competitors.
  • Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling campaigns through direct marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Research relevant events, approach organizers and get proposals, brief agencies for the production of branded materials, and own on-ground activation details.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role in Kuwait.
  • Proficiency in copywriting (English, Arabic and Kuwaiti Dialect).
  • High awareness of current trends across social media platforms.
  • Skilled in videography and basic editing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Who Will Excel ❓

  • Familiarity with the SaaS or in depth in the F&B industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator).
