Role Summary:

Senior Marketing Specialist for the Fintech industry in Singapore & SEA. You will partner with sales and stakeholders to turn strategy into high-impact field marketing programs that drive demand, generate leads, and build business growth through both hands-on and strategic execution.


Role: 

  • Design and execute localised field marketing strategies and events such as conferences, roundtables, webinars, and customer meetups to engage potential clients and partners.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify high-value accounts, understand their needs, and align marketing programs to accelerate pipeline and lead generation.
  • Personalise content and messaging for target accounts or industry verticals to create meaningful, impactful campaigns
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and execution to deliver seamless experiences and measurable ROI.
  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and collaborate on marketing initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities to maximise impact and ROI.
  • Leverage insights from customers and partners to craft tailored marketing campaigns and strengthen collaborations.
  • Integrate owned, earned, and paid media channels to optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Track, analyse, and refine campaign performance metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable business results.


You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and partner marketing, ideally in B2B technology or fintech in SEA.
  • Proven success in driving demand, pipeline growth, and impactful marketing programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to adapt campaigns to regional and account-level needs.
  • Hands-on and proactive, you can manage end-to-end campaigns while anticipating challenges before they happen.
  • Skilled in event planning, field marketing campaigns, partner programs, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Data-driven and analytical, you track campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract
