We are looking for a CRM Technical Producer who is a data-driven specialist at the intersection of CRM technology and hardware marketing. An expert at utilizing internal data tools to build precise audience targeting lists and sophisticated workflows for major APAC product launches and promotional campaigns. With a functional grasp of HTML and SQL, you translate complex data signals into personalized customer journeys across the entire lifecycle. A proactive problem-solver who can navigate a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional stakeholders—from engineering to product marketing—to deliver high-impact, data-backed insights with limited oversight.

This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.

Role: 

  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize internal data and audience-building tools to create precise targeting lists for major APAC promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Data Analysis: Accurately identify and build data audience lists for each campaign based on established data signals and campaign objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA on all audience lists to ensure complete coverage of intended segments and adherence to workflow standards.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Partner with Global CRM Engineering and Product Management (PM) teams to identify and resolve data bugs or technical issues during the building process.
  • Deployment Support: Manage the final export of audience data to support the end-to-end email development and deployment cycle.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience working with internal CRM tools, database management, or audience-building platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to perform Quality Assurance (QA) and troubleshoot complex data workflows accurately.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working alongside engineering and product teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Ability to interpret data signals to drive marketing segmentation and campaign effectiveness.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical experience focused on audience building, complex workflow setup, and email development.
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability standards.
  • Proficiency in basic HTML, specifically for managing Build-Your-Own-Data (BYOD) sets.
  • Strong understanding of data signals and their application in cross-channel audience segmentation.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with a proven ability to execute high-quality work and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Execution: Meticulous attention to detail in data management and workflow configuration.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
