As a Marketing Professional for Europe at Aleph Group, you will be an integral member of the regional marketing team, focusing on the execution and coordination of B2B marketing initiatives. Your primary role is to support the regional strategy and contribute to building the presence and awareness of Aleph and its priority partners across European markets. You will coordinate project timelines and asset delivery while working closely with the Regional Marketing team, the Global Marketing team, and cross-functional partners in sales and communications to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate a broad range of internal and external factors to define the regional B2B marketing strategy and tactics to support key sales objectives within Europe
Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the overall global marketing strategy, as well as Regional Director and Country Manager’s strategy
Manage regional and local execution of marketing initiatives to engage the local advertiser communities regularly:
Events, content, case studies, email marketing, swag, sales material, direct mailers etc.
Conceive and create precise, persuasive and locally relevant messaging in partnership with the cross functional team and the partners
Work with external vendors (i.e. PR & Event agencies) to exemplify the awareness of Aleph and execute activations in the countries of the region Localize Messaging:
Partner with cross-functional teams to adapt global messaging into precise, persuasive, and locally relevant communications and assets.
What You'll Need for this role:
Familiarity with the Digital Advertising Ecosystem: Understanding of digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and key components of data-driven marketing.
Working Knowledge of B2B Marketing: Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives within a digital landscape, ideally in the advertising or technology sector.
Data Analysis & Measurement Support: Demonstrated ability to assist in the analysis of campaign performance metrics and support efforts to gather data for optimization and ROI reporting.
Content Adaptation Skills: Ability to adapt and localize existing marketing narratives and content (case studies, blog posts, social media copy) for specific B2B audiences.
Collaboration Experience: Experience managing co-marketing campaigns and activities involving external partners or vendors.
Local Market Awareness: Ability to quickly adapt communication and execution plans to different local markets, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Clear Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Event Coordination: Experience coordinating logistical elements for events or webinars (virtual and in-person), including managing vendor needs, supplies, and timelines.
