  • Communicate complex project insights clearly and effectively across levels to support strategic alignment.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced studio, agency, or marketing production environment managing complex projects and workflows.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with direct team management and/or the ability to mentor and guide Marketing Project Managers in process optimization and collaborator management.
  • Proven ability to lead high-visibility, cross-functional projects from intake through execution, ensuring alignment between creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • Expertise in project intake, workflow optimization, and forecasting methodologies to improve resource planning.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms such as Workfront or Jira, with experience using data to drive operational decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear, strategic solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards across all Studio projects.
