Senior Marketing Program Manager, Demand & Social Media

The Perceptyx Marketing team is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager, Demand & Social Media to join our team and help bring our story to life for the company’s target audiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the execution of various brand and revenue-focused marketing campaigns to drive new business and customer expansion opportunities, while ensuring that the mission and vision of Perceptyx, and our unique market POV are effectively communicated in core GTM channels. You’ll combine strategy and hands-on execution to build brand equity, drive awareness, and foster online engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on creating compelling content for use in email and social media channels via tailored, engaging messaging that drives action.

This is a highly visible role that requires a creative, collaborative problem solver who is organized, results-focused, and can successfully work across teams with individuals at different levels of experience and seniority.

What You Will Do:

  • Define, write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaign materials such as transactional or offer-based emails, email nurture sequences, pre- and post-event communications, landing pages, promotional website copy, and more
  • Partner with peers in marketing operations, digital marketing, ABM and graphic design to implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing processes through email, web, and social channels
  • Lead cross-team campaign project management (using Monday.com), and ensure all processes are being followed from strategy through execution according to deadlines
  • Take a data-driven approach to social media including managing our social media content and design calendar; producing and publishing original content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube; responding to followers and comments, and fostering a vibrant and growing follower community in collaboration with marketing leaders and other internal SMEs
  • Work closely with the design and video team to create visually appealing content that effectively communicates our brand and value proposition for large enterprise customers.
  • Prepare and share closed-loop analytics on email, campaign and social media performance and deliverability to optimize results and drive high-quality conversions among target accounts
  • Partner with internal communications stakeholders to support greater employee engagement and cross-promote content and programs of interest to Perceptyx employees
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in email, digital and social media marketing and generate new ideas to draw the attention of our desired audience
  • Immerse yourself in the employee listening and people analytics category, key industry influencers, our unique market point of view and delivery model, our key customer advocates, and more!

Requirements

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of related B2B SaaS demand generation, brand or campaign management experience; experience in the HR technology segment a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of our mar/tech stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience with Monday.com, 6Sense, Outreach, Zoom, and/or Goldcast is also desirable.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Versed in SEO and tactics for optimizing on-page conversions
  • A balance of creative thinking, strong project management, and analytical skills. You understand the importance of deadlines and hold yourself and other contributors accountable for meeting them.
  • An energetic team-based attitude. You are always willing and ready to jump in and help wherever you can.

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
