The Cutover solution enables teams to respond to incidents quickly, recover from IT outages, and manage cloud migrations with precision and efficiency. At Cutover the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is the operational arm of both sales and marketing. RevOps helps the company grow more efficiently and cost-effectively by aligning our systems, processes, and people.This role will report to the Revenue Operations Lead.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help us ensure a return on investment for our marketing technology stack, optimize the way our go-to-market tools and teams work, and measure marketing performance.
Rev Ops is a collaborative team that values curiosity and proactive problem-solving. We are comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and approach professional skills with a growth mindset. We maintain a trusting environment where we treat mistakes as valuable data points for rapid iteration, expecting team members to proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
Target compensation package for higher cost of living areas (e.g. New York City): $100,000-110,000 base, + stock options + benefits.
Target compensation package for all other living areas: $75,000-95,000 base, + stock options + benefits.
The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set. If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
