Senior Marketing Operations Manager
GoodParty.org – an AI-driven tech platform transforming our democracy – is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This 100% remote role will ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and optimized for growth by owning the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our marketing and sales efforts.
About GoodParty.org:
GoodParty.org is on a mission to make people matter more than money in our democracy by empowering independent candidates to run, win, and serve. Our AI-powered platform provides free tools to independent candidates to run their campaigns, connect with voters, and serve their communities effectively.
A majority of eligible voters, including more than half of Millennials and Gen Z, say that neither Republicans nor Democrats represent them. GoodParty.org is the solution. With 3,444 independent candidate wins across 48 states last year, these elected officials come from across the ideological spectrum. They prioritize people over parties and community over corporate interests. In 2024, 40.3 million votes (26% of all voters) cast a ballot for our candidates. We’re not a political party, we’re a platform and a movement.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit ($1B+ in exits, including Flipagram/TikTok and Shopzilla), GoodParty.org is building solutions so we can have a truly representative democracy where society’s biggest problems are solved.
What You’ll Do:
Own and operate the marketing and sales operations stack end-to-end, ensuring HubSpot, outbound tooling, analytics, and integrations work reliably together as we scale.
Manage and improve candidate ID and lead generation operations from third-party vendors including lead ingestion, email validation, enrichment, segmentation, outbound handoff, and feedback loops on lead quality.
Serve as a senior HubSpot operator, owning workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lists, scoring models, and automations that support acquisition, activation, and sales follow-up.
Partner closely with Sales to improve sales ops infrastructure, including call and meeting tracking, outcome enforcement, automated follow-ups, and reliable reporting for prospect connect and connect-to-close rates.
Implement and refine lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle execution, translating agreed-upon strategy into working systems that Sales and Growth actually use.
Build and enforce campaign architecture and tracking standards, including UTMs and HubSpot Campaigns, so campaign performance can be accurately measured across HubSpot, analytics tools, and ad platforms.
Audit, clean up, and stabilize existing marketing automation, reducing redundant workflows, preventing property conflicts across systems, and improving overall system reliability.
Build, maintain, and enhance marketing and sales dashboards, ensuring the growth team has clear and granular visibility into funnel health, channel performance, and growth efficiency.
Support analytics and tracking infrastructure, including GA4, GTM, Segment, and Amplitude, by cleaning up events, improving data quality, and enabling better downstream reporting.
Improve outbound and lifecycle email operations, including deliverability, suppression logic, subscription preferences, and data sync between tools.
Document systems, workflows, and decisions, leaving behind clear runbooks, ClickUp walkthroughs, and guidance so the team can scale without reintroducing data debt.
Collaborate on a fast-moving, results-driven team. Report to the Director of Growth.
Who we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales operations in a high-growth environment.
Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you’ve built and maintained complex workflows, lifecycle models, scoring systems, and automations, not just used the tool.
Strong sales ops experience, including supporting outbound motion, call and meeting tracking, follow-up workflows, and CRM data discipline.
Comfort operating across multiple systems at once, including CRM, outbound tools, analytics platforms, and data integrations.
Proven ability to clean up and stabilize systems, prioritize what matters, and ship improvements without breaking things.
Strong analytical skills, with experience diagnosing funnel performance issues and translating insights into operational changes.
High attention to detail and strong QA instincts when working with automation, tracking, and data.
Clear communicator and documenter, able to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders and leave behind durable documentation.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data, and to manage multiple parallel projects without losing momentum.
Bonus if:
You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup with real outbound sales motion.
You know Python, SQL, and similar database programming languages and have worked with Databricks or Metabase.
You’ve supported or implemented lead scoring, ICP frameworks, or lifecycle models at scale.
You have experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Insycle, Instantly, or sales dialers.
You’ve helped untangle CRM or analytics setups that were being used as both an operational system and a source of truth.
You’ve studied, worked, or volunteered in politics, civics, or democracy reform.
You’re motivated by GoodParty.org’s mission and want to apply your skills to something bigger than optimizing ads.
Why you should work at GoodParty.org:
Join us in solving the biggest problem of our time – fixing our democracy – so all other problems can be solved.
We’re a Public Benefit Corporation that prioritizes social impact over profit.
Innovative Bitcoin denominated deferred bonus plan, allowing you to have the amazing upside of being in a startup while working on a truly meaningful mission.

Join a passionate team with diverse political views focused on one mission.
100% coverage of health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependents.
We encourage you to take time off to recharge and have an unlimited PTO (sick and vacation) policy. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We believe a work-life balance is needed to get there.
401(k) program available so you can contribute toward retirement savings (no employer match).
Individual learning & development budget to fund your growth.
We’ll make sure you’ve got what you need to work remotely through our workspace setup stipend. If you work from home, we give $50/month to help with your internet and other expenses. If you prefer co-working, that’s an option we can discuss too.
Fully funded for our mission. No stressing over whether the next round of funding will come through. Focus on making an impact. That’s what matters here.
