Your key responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Operations Executive will include:

  • Building and executing sophisticated email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences in HubSpot.
  • Managing lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining data hygiene and integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate lead and account management.
  • Monitoring and resolving HubSpot-Salesforce sync issues, supporting integration requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless campaign delivery.


You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Marketing Operations Executive:

  • You must have 4–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or CRM Management.
  • You will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
  • You should have 3+ years of working experience with Salesforce CRM, including contact, lead, and opportunity management.
  • You must have a proven track record managing CRM integrations, particularly HubSpot-Salesforce sync.
  • You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in complex B2B environments.
