What a Senior Marketing Manager does at Visa:
Contributes to the planning of an annual marketing calendar for each of our clients
Develops communications strategies and integrated marketing campaign plans for our client marketing projects
Develops marketing services and campaign proposals and the presentation of these to clients
Project management of marketing programs to ensure we exceed client expectations with our execution and delivery
Manages the creative and content development of campaigns. Works with agency partners to develop and execute high quality campaigns that are on time and on budget
Partners with our Marketing team members on campaign components including merchant marketing, creative, media and sponsorships
Manages the project financial processes and budget
Monitors results and delivers optimization recommendations to increase the effectiveness of campaigns
Contributes to the post implementation report for each client campaign/project reporting on performance, learnings and actions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
The Senior Manager role is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of marketing activities for a number of our key clients in İstanbul. Responsibilities include planning, design, implementation and optimisation of acquisition usage and engagement programs for our client’s card portfolios. The remit includes full funnel marketing campaign execution from product awareness, consideration, new-to-bank acquisition through to onboarding, retention, portfolio and engagement initiatives.
