What is this role like?

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager ready to step in as the Marketing Leader and transform our operations into a predictable, sophisticated, multi-channel engine.

This is a highly impactful strategic + operational role: you set the plan AND you run the plan. You will take ownership of structuring the output of our existing 8-person marketing team (PMM, design, writing, coordinators, etc.). This is the role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, loves structure, and possesses the necessary orchestration skills to elevate an entire department, ensuring the CEO's involvement drops to less than one hour per week.

Your success will be measured by predictable campaign delivery, strong collaboration with Sales, and the elevation of our Retail Media 3.0 positioning across the market.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Own the Narrative: Take ownership and evolve the Retail Media 3.0 narrative and positioning across all external and internal channels.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, and own the overall Marketing Operating Rhythm (calendar, deadlines, campaigns).
  • Pipeline Partnership: Lead integrated campaigns and partner with Sales to build pipeline-focused Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
  • Content Strategy: Define and own the monthly “Hero Campaign” strategy, ensuring content is leveraged across all streams.

2. Operational Management & Team Elevation

  • Team Leadership: Oversee Pod Leads (Creative, Growth, PMM/Web), providing mentorship and management direction for the 8-person team.
  • Execution Quality: Ensure high-quality, on-time execution across all streams (PMM, Content, Web Development, LATAM).
  • Accountability & Reporting: Own all reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure clear accountability and prioritization, driving a culture of data-driven predictability.
  • Process Improvement: Standardize our collateral templates and frameworks, and improve the Sales-Marketing handoff and collaboration.

3. Campaign, Content & Enablement Execution (Hands-On)

  • ABM and Events: Design, launch, and execute ABM programs with Sales, alongside high-quality webinars and events (field marketing).
  • Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of essential thought leadership content: guides, reports, and benchmarks to define the Retail Media 3.0 category.
  • Sales Enablement: Directly contribute to and manage the creation of key sales collateral: new sales decks, one-pagers, and competitive sheets.
  • Product & Localization: Collaborate closely on product launches and collateral, and manage localization efforts via the LATAM team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a background in SaaS (infra, adtech, martech, ecom, or enterprise SaaS).
  • Growth Track Record: Proven experience running ABM, multi-touch campaigns, and content-driven growth.
  • Orchestration Skills: Strong ability to orchestrate many moving parts and manage complex timelines across multiple pods/teams.
  • Leadership: Experience managing junior team members or pods and comfortable working closely with executives and GTM leadership.
  • Mindset: Structured, scrappy, high-ownership mindset comfortable in fast growth, ambiguity, and constant iteration.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

  • Product marketing experience.
  • Experience with retail media, adtech, or marketplaces.
  • Experience managing outsourced resources.
  • Ability to build light frameworks and templates.
