Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, driving marketing initiatives from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and other stakeholders to implement the overall Payment Portfolio marketing strategy and create high-quality presentations, case studies, and FAQ documents
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing-related events such as webinars, conferences, and live presentations
  • Develop compelling product marketing materials, website content, promotional campaigns, and sales support documentation
  • Craft engaging success stories and messaging that highlight the value and impact of our payment solutions
  • Promote product launches, awards submissions, and on-demand news creation to enhance visibility
  • Ensure marketing assets and portfolio documentation remain updated and aligned with product evolution and consistent in their messaging
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimize local website pages and ensure consistency in messaging
  • Act as a solution-oriented coordinator, ensuring efficient and effective project execution

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Several years of proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in sales enablement and in driving marketing and sales initiatives
  • Excellent skills regarding stakeholder management, organization, coordination and communication
  • Solution-oriented mindset with an ability to advocate effectively for marketing initiatives
  • Strong expertise in the production of marketing assets (e.g. case studies, slide decks, web product pages) with a talent for simplifying complex information
  • Good decision-making capabilities, solid leadership potential and the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
  • Understanding of the banking and payments industry and technologies
  • High proficiency in both German and English, to be able to create high-quality marketing content and communicate seamlessly with global stakeholders

Our salary range for this position starts at EUR 65,000 gross per year. The actual offer will depend on your skills and experience and may be significantly higher.
