Location: UK - Remote

Cribl is continuing to rapidly expand into EMEA markets. We are seeking an experienced B2B Senior Marketing Manager to help scale regional growth with campaign management, channel and alliance partner marketing, and customer advocacy. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director and working closely with the EMEA sales and channel teams; your US counterparts; and our partners; you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs, partner enablement, and brand awareness to help generate net-new opportunities, as well as drive pipeline to late stage and to closed/won.

You’ll bring 7+ years’ experience in a similar B2B tech role; be willing to travel; care deeply about end-to-end results; thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments; have meticulous planning and execution skills; and most importantly have bags of enthusiasm with an elite team player attitude.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign creation – Working closely with our revenue marketing and channel teams, you will develop and scale direct and co-branded campaigns across multiple regions including digital marketing, ABM, and webinar programs.
  • Partner enablement & activation – Drive activities through and with our growing partner base, including enablement initiatives, incentive development, joint activities, co-authored content, webinars, communications and launches, MDF programs etc.
  • Event management - Support the delivery of field events and activities in key markets including UK, Nordics, DACH, and META regions, ranging from intimate dinners and events to large tradeshows and conferences.
  • Drive awareness – identify and implement localized PR and social media strategies to increase Cribl’s presence across our target accounts.
  • Analytics – partnering with sales and leadership teams to track and optimize direct and channel-based activities.
  • Champion building – nurture relationships with key partners and customers to develop case studies, MVP programs, user group initiatives etc.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct and partner marketing experience for B2B SaaS start-up experience.
  • You are outcome-driven, analytical, customer-first and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for IT/Security executives and practitioners.
  • You have a proven track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously with product, technical, sales, SDR, channel, marketing and exec teams to impact early and late-stage pipeline.
  • You set a high bar in everything you do - quality, creativity, execution, and productivity.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
  • Hands-on experience with typical marketing stack for campaign creation, management, and monitoring – Marketo, SFDC, looker etc
  • Travel in-region (predominantly Europe and Middle East) to support local activities on the ground as needed (approximately 25% of your time)
