This Senior Marketing Manager is high-impact and responsible for shaping how the CARFAX brand shows up across our national dealer network. You’ll lead nationally visible brand and recognition programs, oversee multimillion-dollar investments in dealership marketing and events, and ensure our brand presence drives measurable engagement and business value. The role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and supports our U.S. Dealer business, with potential future expansion into additional markets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Bring the CARFAX brand to life for thousands of dealers—design and lead programs that turn recognition into brand love and measurable business impact.
- Own our national dealer awards—set the rules, craft the experience and creative, and launch bold celebrations that shine online and in-store.
- Create standout in-dealership branding—oversee eye-catching POP displays and assets with a multimillion-dollar budget, always hunting fresh ideas that drive traffic and trust.
- Transform big ideas into tangible moments—produce swag, branded merch, and CAR FOX appearances that electrify dealerships, events, and internal programs.
- Lead major trade shows and events—shape booth design, interactivity, messaging, and onsite execution to deliver brand energy and results.
- Be a disciplined steward of multimillion-dollar spend—optimize vendors, track ROI, and make smart financial decisions in conjunction with other teams.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Legal—turn strategy into scalable programs that deepen dealer relationships.
- Build and refine systems that scale—create processes that expand programs efficiently nationwide, with potential reach into Canada and Europe.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in brand programs, channel/dealer marketing, experiential marketing, trade shows, or retail/POP merchandising.
- Hands-on experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
- Proven success in highly collaborative team environments and creative problem-solving.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management skills across levels and functions.
- High attention to detail, operational rigor, and commitment to brand standards.
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. for trade shows, internal meetings, and customer/vendor events.
